In the nose we perceive invigorating floral notes, which in combination with delicate citrus fruits and pear nuances suggest a very soft character. Aromas of cloves and orange peel make the wine even rounder. On the palate the Chardonnay has a pleasant acidity, which is a grateful breeding ground for the round aromas. A firm core in the soft character is achieved through a light mineral note and a little bit of tannin. The Chardonnay clones 76 and 96 are gently pressed at a bar and after the first four days of fermentation in stainless steel they are placed in French oak for a few weeks.
